LAST CHANCE FOR EQUIPMENT BAG RETURN
WEDNESDAY 7/1/09 FROM 6:30PM TO 7:30PM;
Equipment bags must be returned in good condition. Bags filled with sunflower seeds, empty soda bottles or other Junk will NOT be accepted. Note that equipment covered in mud will not be accepted either and will result in your deposit check being cashed. From your signed Attestation - "I understand that a schedule of dates and times to return all equipment to the Equipment Manager will be provided to me at or prior to the end of the regular and summer seasons. If I am unable to return the equipment bag issued to me on any of the scheduled return dates, it is my responsibility to arrange to return the bag at the Equipment Manager’s convenience."

Manager/Coach Evaluation Forms
Our new Manager/Coach evaluation forms allow parents the opportunity to voice their satisfaction and/or concerns regarding their child's coaches. You may complete and submit the online form or print out a form and mail it to us. All forms are seen only by a select group of board members. Managers/Coaches will not see their evaluations. Click the respective link on the left to complete an evaluation.
